Author Biography

Jan Brace-Govan, Monash University

Jan BRACE-GOVAN is a sociologist and researcher currently working for the Department of Marketing, Monash University, Australia evaluating the way in which postgraduate students experience their online/multimedia subject provision. She has previously worked in the area of physical activity and the impact this has on the body and its links to social identity. In addition she has collaborated in research on the experience of religion migration to Australia. Jan Brace-Govan has a BA from Edinburgh University, BA (hons) from Monash University and a PhD. She is currently studying Program Evaluation and Assessment at postgraduate level at the University of Melbourne.
