Iterative gemischte Analyse unter Verwendung der Grounded-Theory-Methodologie und von Strukturgleichungsmodellen: Beiträge qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden zur Bewertung sozialer Programme

Die Grounded-Theory-Methodologie (GTM) und die Strukturgleichungsmodellierung (SEM) wurden bereits in zahlreichen Studien eingesetzt; die methodischen Vorteile ihrer Integration sind jedoch noch nicht vollständig verstanden. In diesem Artikel stellen wir einen Vorschlag für eine iterative gemischte Analyse vor, bei der wir relationale Modelle nutzen, die auf GTM und SEM basieren, um soziale Programme zu evaluieren. Um diesen Ansatz zu veranschaulichen, untersuchen wir die Evaluierung eines Mikrounternehmensprogramms, das an Menschen in Armut gerichtet ist. Wir skizzieren die schrittweise Anwendung der iterativen gemischten Analyse und stellen jeden ihrer Schritte vor: Kontextualisierung, Vertrautmachen mit dem Phänomen, kollaborative methodische Gestaltung, iterative gemischte Datengenerierung und iterative gemischte Analyse. Wir diskutieren die Ergebnisse unserer qualitativen deskriptiven Analyse (basierend auf der offenen Kodierung mittels der GTM) zusammen mit denen der inferentiellen statistischen Analyse, gefolgt vom Übergang von der qualitativen relationalen Analyse (abgeleitet aus dem selektiven Kodieren nach der GTM) zur Schätzung des hypothetischen SEM, in das auch qualitative unterstützende Daten einbezogen wurden. Abschließend geben wir eine Definition der iterativen gemischten Analyse und diskutieren Schlussfolgerungen hinsichtlich der kombinierten und gleichzeitigen Verwendung von Erklärungsmodellen.
